Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of community.cgfoundryart.com and your membership in the CG Foundry Community operated by CG Foundry Corporation ("CG Foundry", "we"). By using the site or joining the community, you agree to these terms. This page is maintained by CG Foundry and is not legal advice.

The CG Foundry Community is a private membership for CG artists, delivered through the Circle platform. It includes access to the private community, portfolio reviews, weekly feedback, live workshops, a workshop library, industry-focused resources, and the exclusive newsletter.

Prices are listed in USD and billed on a recurring basis: Monthly ($39/month), 6-Month ($35/month, $210 billed every 6 months), or Yearly ($28/month, $336 billed yearly). Payments are processed by Stripe through our checkout. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period.

Community materials — recorded workshops, resources, and written materials — are for the enrolled member's personal learning and portfolio use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly rehost the materials without written permission. We expect members to treat each other with respect; accounts that harass, spam, or otherwise disrupt the community may be removed without refund.

You keep ownership of any work you produce and share inside the community. CG Foundry may, with your permission, showcase member work on the website and social channels with credit.

The community is educational. We do not guarantee employment, specific portfolio outcomes, or income results. Individual outcomes depend on effort, prior experience, and factors outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where CG Foundry Corporation is registered.
