This Privacy Policy is maintained by CG Foundry Corporation and describes what information we collect on community.cgfoundryart.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is not legal advice.

• Contact and membership form submissions - the name, email, and any message you choose to send us.
• Membership account data managed through our community platform (Circle), including your profile, posts, and participation in the private community.
• Email subscription state - your email address and whether you have unsubscribed from our messages.
• Analytics events from Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity, used to understand how the site is used. Clarity also records anonymised session replays and heatmaps of how visitors move through the page.
• Standard server logs generated by the hosting platform for reliability and abuse prevention.

We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries about the CG Foundry Community, deliver the membership you signed up for, send program-related emails you have requested, process payments, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently run advertising or ad-personalization on this site; if that changes, it will operate under the same cookie choice described below.

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity to measure aggregate usage of the site, and we run Google Consent Mode. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are switched off by default and only load once you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. Elsewhere they are on by default and the banner is how you opt out. Either way you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, and you can also clear cookies through your browser settings.

We rely on Lovable (hosting), Circle (private community platform), Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (measurement), and Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmaps). These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.

Contact submissions, membership records, and email records are retained while they are useful for supporting you and operating the community. To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, email info@cgfoundryart.com.
