Refund Policy

CG Foundry Community memberships are non-refundable. Because members get immediate access to the private community, live workshops, and the full workshop library on joining, we do not issue refunds for past billing periods. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — your access continues through the end of the current paid period.

You can cancel your membership at any time from your billing settings inside the Circle community. If you need help, email info@cgfoundryart.com from the address you used to sign up and we will process the cancellation for you.

If you notice a duplicate charge or a billing error, email info@cgfoundryart.com with the subject line "Billing Issue" within 10 business days of the charge. Approved corrections are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
